Services
I offer integrative wellness services rooted in Ayurvedic principles. My work is designed for women experiencing digestive concerns, chronic stress, fatigue, hormonal shifts, or difficulty maintaining consistent self-care routines.
Services range from structured, longer-term support to seasonal and ongoing care. Each offering focuses on practical application—helping you understand what is happening in your body and how to respond in a way that fits your real life.

Ayurveda Health Counseling (Returning Clients)
Follow-up sessions for established clients who have completed an initial assessment or program. These visits focus on refinement, seasonal adjustments, and continued support as symptoms and life circumstances evolve.

Group-based programs offered at select times throughout the year to support seasonal transitions. These experiences emphasize digestive reset, reduction of inflammation, and practical dietary and lifestyle adjustments appropriate to the season.
Reiki & Energetic Support
A supportive modality used to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional regulation. Reiki may be offered as a standalone service or integrated into other offerings when appropriate.
Lifestyle & Food-Based Support
Practical services designed to support implementation outside of sessions. Offerings may include kitchen or pantry support, grocery guidance, meal planning, and food preparation education. Availability and structure vary based on client needs and season.
Offerings will evolve over time to reflect seasonal focus and client needs
All services are educational and supportive in nature and are intended to complement, not replace, medical care. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their primary healthcare providers as needed.
