Rhythm.
Nourishment. Support.

The Group Seasonal Cleanse is an ongoing offering to support your body through the natural shifts of the year using gentle, Ayurvedic-inspired practices.

Each seasonal cleanse provides education, structure, and community support to help you realign digestion, energy, hormones, and daily rhythm without extremes or rigid rules. Rather than focusing on restriction, this experience emphasizes nourishment, consistency, and nervous system safety so your body can reset in a way that feels sustainable and respectful.

This group format allows you to receive guidance while moving through seasonal transitions alongside others, creating a sense of shared intention and accountability. Each season brings a slightly different focus, while the foundation remains the same: supporting your body’s innate capacity to restore balance.

Spring is a natural time for clearing and renewal. As energy begins to rise, the body often asks for support with digestion, inflammation, heaviness, and emotional stagnation.

The Spring Seasonal Cleanse is a guided, group-based experience rooted in Ayurvedic principles. It focuses on gentle nourishment, digestive support, and daily rhythm without restriction or extremes.

You’ll move through the cleanse with clear structure, seasonal education, and community support so your body can reset in a steady, sustainable way.

Spring Group Cleanse

  • In Ayurveda, we believe that when we live in rhythm with our bodies and the natural cycles of the seasons, balance is restored gently and sustainably.

Spring is a time of awakening and release. After the heaviness of winter when our diets and routines naturally lean toward warm, rich, and comforting foods, the body can begin to feel sluggish, congested, and weighed down. This is especially true in the blood, liver, and digestive system.

Nature supports this transition from winter to summer beautifully. As spring arrives, bitter and cleansing plants begin to emerge like dandelion greens, asparagus, and tender leafy greens like bok choy. These foods naturally support elimination, gently stimulate digestion, and help the body clear what has accumulated over the winter months.

A spring cleanse is not about restriction or force. It is about working with the season, simplifying nourishment, and supporting the body’s innate ability to detoxify which helps improve energy, clarity, and lightness in the body.

  • This is a 3-week program that runs from March 16th, 2026 at 7 PM EST through March 30th, 2026 at 7 PM EST.

We will meet weekly on Mondays for live group calls lasting 60-90 minutes. Each call will include guidance for the week ahead, group check-ins and shared reflection, space for questions and support, and a final integration meeting focused on feedback and next steps.

All calls will be recorded and available to replay.

  • This spring cleanse is appropriate for most people and especially supportive if you’re feeling curious about reconnecting with your body and the natural rhythms of the season. If you’re feeling heavy, sluggish, or inflamed after winter, notice digestive discomfort, bloating, or irregularity, feeling mentally foggy, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body. No prior experience with cleansing or Ayurveda is needed, only a willingness to slow down and nourish yourself.

  • During the 3-week Spring Cleanse Group, you will receive a cleanse guide with recipes and a meal plan, three live group calls, and light daily support with our online platform.

  • For those who like options we have 2 tiers available. For the Group Cleanse the investment is $197. For those who would like a little more personalized support the investment is $333 which includes the Group Cleanse plus a 60 minute 1:1 session and a 30 minute follow up zoom meeting.

  • This is not a harsh detox, no fasting, no liquids only, and most importantly, not perfection!

  • I’m so excited you’ve chosen to prioritize YOU! You can register for the Group Spring Cleanse by clicking here, but if you want additional support, click here to register for the Group Spring Cleanse and 1:1. See you in March!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, in fact, this cleanse was created for women (and men) who are busy. It is not about doing everything perfectly, it is about finding harmony in your day-to-day life, learning what true self-care looks like, and discovering small, sustainable changes that make a big difference. I understand what it’s like to wear many hats and have a full plate because I live it, too.

  • Again, we are not trying to send anybody’s body or nervous system into complete shock. This cleanse is gentle and supportive. If giving up coffee entirely doesn’t feel realistic right now, we’ll focus on reducing and finding supportive alternatives instead.

  • I’ll  teach you how to prepare a simple one-pot meal that can nourish you throughout the day. If cooking fresh every day isn’t possible, I’ll also share realistic workarounds because real life matters here!

  • Honestly, it’s ok. I’ve been there. I understand the desire to do things “right,” and I also know that sometimes “perfect” simply means making one small, supportive change. This cleanse meets you where you are.

  • As a registered nurse and Ayurvedic Health Counselor, I bring a grounded, integrative perspective to this work. While this is not medical care or treatment, my nursing background informs how I hold safety, education, and whole-person support, especially when it comes to digestion, energy, hormones, and nervous system regulation.

  • I understand life happens. All live calls will be recorded and available to view within an hour of each meeting.
